MS Access is an extremely powerful tool for developing custom forms applications. The forms can be developed rapidly. Native Access can address only data upto 2 gb in size, but you can always create ‘linked’ tables to SQL Server. In such a scenario there is no limit of what Access can handle. So using Access as the forms language and SQL Server as the backend, you can very quickly develop Enterprise Grade applications.
