The ‘R’ language is now available within SQL Server itself (SQL Server 2016 onwards). As you know, R is one of the leading Advanced Statistical Analysis languages in the world. Being available with SQL Server gives the advantage of calling the R code in a stored procedure, storing the results in a SQL Server Table, and bringing that table into the SQL Server Analysis Services.
